1. Purpose
These terms govern the online sale of sports supplements, nutrition equipment and accessories offered by BodyBeast Nutri. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Products
Our products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are non-contractual. BodyBeast Nutri reserves the right to modify the product range at any time.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) all taxes included. BodyBeast Nutri reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
4. Order
Order validation constitutes acceptance of prices and these terms. A confirmation email will be sent to you. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made on delivery in cash or by bank transfer. No online payment is required. The total price includes the product price and delivery costs.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made within 24 to 48 hours throughout Morocco. Delivery costs 20 MAD in Meknes and 35 MAD elsewhere — free over 250 MAD (Meknes) / 700 MAD (other cities). BodyBeast Nutri cannot be held responsible for delays.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Return shipping is free. Refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
8. Liability
BodyBeast Nutri cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold. The advice provided does not replace professional medical advice.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Meknès.
